I'm a weirdo artist, licensed massage therapist, wannabe runner, movement junkie, Los Angeles transplant, and ambitious human; jumping through life one cappuccino at a time. I am Type B, politically incorrect, overthink, feel deeply, laugh at dirty humor, drink my coffee black, challenge the status quo, and prefer bare feet to shoes, and old people to millennials. But most of all - I'm a creator; whether it be through words, photographs, occasional doodles in the margins of my notebook paper, or brilliantly absurd ideas. I like to write about all things from health & wellness, body image/recovery as a perfectionist, to controversial topics (#FiresideChatsWithAG), to Holy nudges pressed upon my heart, to my perspective as an earthen vessel finding her way through the big city and life in and of itself.
